Pascale Gendron, Women's Cross Country

Laurentian Athletics is proud to announce that Voyageurs runner, Pascale Gendron (Toronto, ON), has been named the BioSteel Female Athlete of the Week.

Gendron, a 5^th year Concurrent Education student, led the Voyageurs in Waterloo at the Don Mills Waterloo Open.  Gendron stuck with the lead pack all race and finished as the third university runner across the line, fourth overall, in a time of 22:31.8, just 1.6 seconds back of the podium.

Gendron and her teammates will be back on the trails Oct. 13 when they head to the McMaster Bayfront Invitational.
